Discussion of Astravets NPP to take place without Belarusian ecologists in Kiev

Belarusian and Russian ecologists and experts who have arrived to the civil hearing about Astravets NPP are not allowed to speak. Only representatives of the official delegation of Belarusian atomic scientists and representatives of the Ukrainian civil society take part in the discussion. The council took a decision not to include the reports of participants of the International Civil Ecological Expertise from Belarus and Russia who have arrived to share their critical opinions about Astravets NPP have not been included on the agenda. Belarusian and Russians specialists will be allowed to speak after the general discussion but their reports will be regarded only as additional information.

A Kiev legal expert of the analytical centre “Society and Environment”  Adnrei Andrusevich has informed ERB about it.
