Ecologists to conduct independent expertise of Belarusian nuclear station
Independent ecologists are preparing to conduct an independent expertise of the nuclear power plant in Astravets. The team of experts comprises representatives of Ecodom, the Belarusian Green Party and the Russian environmental group Ecooborona. Tatsiana Novikava from Ecodom told the European Radio for Belarus that the public expertise would be carried out in parallel to the state one and would offer recommendations. The official report will be submitted by experts from the Ministry of Natural Resources.
