Elite red cheese to be produced in Belarus
The production will be launched in Lyuban affiliate of Slutsk cheese-making plant.
The elite red cheese Pesto Rosso will be produced in Belarus. It will have the flavour of garlic and dried tomatoes. The cheese will be remarkable for its red colour.
Lyuban affiliate of Slutsk cheese-making plant is going to start producing the cheese. The first consignment of the cheese is still ripening. It will be available in shops within a week. The enterprise does not exclude that the product may be exported, BELTA reports.
