Enteric infection in Pinsk kindergarten caused by salmonella
Enterobacteria Salmonella caused a group case of an acute enteric infection in children of kindergarten #29 in Pinsk. The source of the infection is being revealed, said the chief sanitary physician of Brest Province Aleh Arnavutau in an interview with BelaPAN. Let us remind you that 86 children and three kindergarten employees were taken to isolation and children’s hospitals in Pinsk on March 20 and 21. 5 children are recovering at home. All of them have light and medium forms of the disease.
New cases have not been registered. As of March 23, two children have already been discharged from hospital.
