European court: Retirement age should be equal for all

The European Court has ruled that different retirement age for male and female officials and female soldiers is unacceptable, reports AP.
Germany equated the reiterment for men and women at the age of 62 as far back as in 1992.

The European Court ruled for the first time in 1990 that different pension age was unacceptable and confirmed its ruling again in 2002.
