Germany refuses to extradite Belarusian to his native country

The German Court has refused to extradite a Belarusian citizen home. It claimed that it was inadmissible as the European Convention of Human Rights was not observed in Belarus.
The Belarusian has been let off. His name was not announced and the crime the Belarusian authorities accuse him of was not mentioned either. Polish mass media have informed about it today.
