Guest workers top list of missing persons in Vitsebsk region

The police in the Vitsebsk region investigated 400 cases, searching for missing people last year. Vitsebsk's people news report that 350 people went missing when traveling to Russia to work. As of now, 390 guest workers are missing. They are believed to have traveled to work as builders in Moscow and St Petersburg.
