Hulak: Makei asked to send suggestions about Council’s further activities
A meeting of the new Civil Consultation Council of the President’s Administration will take place in Minsk on January 22. The aim of the meeting is to discuss the Council’s further activities.
The head of a human rights organization “Belarusian Helsinki Committee” Aleh Hulak who has also been invited to take part in the meeting, has his own vision of the structure’s future activities.
Aleh Hulak: “I hope it means there are some positive processes going on. Mr. Makei has asked us to present suggestions about the Council’s activities. I have done it and I will discuss it. The main thesis are the Council should be more active, it should stick to its plans more and members of the Council should be involved in the real work, they should be informed what has been done and involved into the fulfillment of suggestions”.
Stanіslau Bahdankevіch, Zhana Hrynyuk, Aleh Hulak, Yury Zіser, Syarhei Musіenka, Aleh Trusau and other members of the Council have been invited to the meeting.
