Investigation of “mass disorders” case to be prolonged
One of the leaders of the “Tell the Truth!” campaign Andrei Dzmitryyeu, accused of the case alongside with 41 other people, has claimed it.
The two-month investigation term of the criminal case of “mass disorders” will end tomorrow. Investigators will either have to prolong the term or send the case to the Prosecutor’s Office and to court.
Dzmitryyeu has said to “Tell the Truth” that the investigation is likely to be prolonged. It will not only be necessary in order to gather the needed “evidence”. “The prolongation of the term will give more time to take clever political decisions. To cut it short, all political decisions are still to be taken in the case”, - thinks Dzmitryyeu.
In particular, he thinks that releasing the other KGB prisoners before the trial is one of such decisions.
