Investigator asked Natallya Radzina how website of Charter-97 worked

A journalist Natallya Radzina has been summoned to the investigation department of Minsk City Office of the Public Prosecutor. The website of Charetr’97 has informed about it (she is its administrator). Representatives of the Office were interested how the website functioned, how it was administered, where it was registered and who was its owner. Ms. Radzina has also been informed that the Office of the Public Prosecutor has started a criminal case against the strangers who left certain comments on the website of Charter’97. The mentioned comments appeared after the article “Persecution like in 1937” where the fact that participants of the war in Afghanistan refused to accept anniversary medals from Alyaksandr Lukashenka was discussed.

The website of the Charter was unavailable during the whole interrogation.
