You can check if you name is on the list of people forbidden to go abroad in 10 minutes. You simply have to bring your passport to a local department of citizenship and migration.

“Bring your passport and we will check whether you are allowed to go abroad or not and present the information to you. You come and we tell you”, - an ERB reporter heard it in one of Minsk citizenship and migration departments.
