Journalist Uladzimir Laptsevich to stand trial on March 28
He was detained at about 5 p.m. on March 25 in Mahileu, together with the Chairman of the BPF regional branch Zmitser Salaueu.
BelaPAN's string correspondent is accused of petty hooliganism and disobeyance to a policeman. Laptsevich is in the pre-trial detention center at the moment.
