Liabedzka's lawyer meets with her client for the first time
The meeting lasted for more than an hour.
Anatol Liabedzka's lawyer met with her client for the first time on March 22. The meeting lasted for more than an hour. The politician's son Artsiom Liabedzka has informed this to Euroradio:
Liabedzka: "She met with him yesterday at about 6 p.m. The meeting lasted for about an hour, maybe a little bit more. She informed no details, I talked to her on the phone, maybe she will tell something more at the personal meeting. He is alive, feels well and holds on. He asked to pass him the Criminal Code, the Criminal and Procedural Code and comments thereof".
Let us remind you, the UCP Chairman has been denied access to his lawyer since December 29. First the investigation authorities did not comment on this at all, and only in March they informed his relatives that Liabedzka could meet with the lawyer then.
Artsiom has also noted that the family got three letters from Anatol Liabedzka in the beginning of this week. The UCP leader hints that no investigation actions are taken with regard to him, he just sits in the cell, reads books, does morning exercises.
