Libyan government capitulates?
The Libyan government has announced cease-fire and urged to start a dialogue with insurgents.
According to the Libyan Foreign Minister, the government took the decision to protect civilians in connection with the UN resolution to enforce a no-fly zone over Libya.
"Taking into account the fact that Libya is a UN member state, we have accepted the resolution. The Libyan government has announced cease-fire and has ordered to stop all the military operations”, - claimed Minister Mussa Kussa.
He has also asked the international community to send an observation mission to study the situation in Libya, reports the BBC.
