Lipkovich finally brings poster “For Kolya” to Natallya Pyatkevich (photo)

A potential candidate for a deputy seat in Minsk City Council Yauhen Lipkovich has brought his information poster to the President’s Administration where it has to be approved.
Mr. Lipkovich sent the application and the poster to the deputy head of the President’s Administration Natallya Pyatkevich.
Lipkovich: "I brought them there and that was it. Security guards read my application and then looked at the poster. They seemed stoned to me. Probably, they lack taste”.
Lipkovich expects that the administration will approve the information poster for electors. They should be interested in it too as the country needs investments and credits, says the blogger.
By the way, it has turned out that Lipkovich’s blog is read by the President’s Administration, BT and ONT. The blogger says it can be tracked with the help of IP-addresses.
