Lyapis Trubetskoy postpone gigs over Mikhalok's strained voice
The doctors recommended a one-week break. If the band's frontman fails to recover, the Lyapis gig in Vilnius on November 30 will be under question.
This message appeared on the band's website:
"Unfortunately, the situation with Syarhei Mikhalok's voice turned more serious than we expected. he strained his voice in Zelenograd and hasn't recovered yet," the message says. "Therefore, upon the doctors' recommendations, we have to suspend out rout for a week. The concert in Tula is postponed till November 11, concerts in Yoshkar-Ola and Cheboksary - till February 5 and 6 correspondingly. We once again apologize to all of you who planned to attend these concerts and hope for your understanding."
In Vilnius, Lyapis Trubetskoy are going to present the new, totally Belarusian album 'Hraj'. The tickets to the concert have been sold out long ago. The tickets to all convenient trains have been also sold out. The state transport company Minsktrans has even organized 10 extra buses to help all the fans who desire to go to the concert from Minsk.
