Mahileu BNF office sealed up
Mahileu regional affiliate of BNF “Revival” is being deprived of its office. Officers of the court have levied distress, drawn up an expulsion protocol and sealed up the door. The deputy head of the BNF party Ryhor Kastusyou thinks it is connected with the pre-election political pressure. If the organization does not manage to find an office within a month it will lose its official status.
Kastusyou: "We have signed an amicable agreement with the housing and communal department. We have fulfilled our responsibilities and they haven’t. They have not prepared a new contract to continue the leasing contract. The court has not explained the reason for our expulsion. The judge has said that the housing and communal department asked them to evict us and she took the decision”.
The BNF will complain to the Supreme Economic Court because the court’s decision was taken in the absence of the organization’s representatives.
