Mahileu sculptor to give his sculpture "In Love" as a present to city
Andrei Verabyou is convinced that his sculpture will increase the importance of Mahileu as a "cultural capital of Belarus and the CIS".
The only problem with his idea is lack of finance. More than 200 million roubles is needed to create a monument. The city authorities say they don't have such money.
The sculptor wants to address to the regional executive committee for help since now it is the most convenient time for the sculpture's installment, writes gorad.by.
The size of the model made by Andrei Verabyou is about 1 meter height. The real size of the bronze sculpture should be 1 m 80 cm.
