The head of the Central Election Commission Lidziya Yarmoshyna has claimed it during an online press conference in the website of BelTA. According to the official, the highest competition can be observed among candidates in village councils. Almost 2 candidates have to compete for every seat there. Let us remind you that the average competition for one deputy seat in Mahileu province is 3.9 candidates.
