Minsk driving instructor almost collides with driving inspectorate building
An unusual incident has occurred in Minsk when people were taking their driving exams, onliner.by reports.
Dozens of students waiting for their practical examination saw it. A driving instructor was approaching the building of the driving inspectorate in his car and suddenly lost control of the vehicle. He collided with the tent where students usually wait for their turn.
“The foot-throttle was stuck,” he told the witnesses. Nobody was injured. It is not clear how driving inspectors reacted to the incident.
