Minsk observers report carousel voting (photo)
Carousel voters have been photographed at several polling stations of Kalinouskaya constituency #108. Groups of people are visiting different polling stations to cast their votes multiple times.
The infringers have been photographed by observers from the Movement For Freedom: the same people voting at different polling stations can be seen in the photos, the movement press service reports.
Carousel voting is used to help pro-government candidates win and to increase the turnout, opposition candidate from Kalinouskaya constituency Yury Hubarevich believes.
