Navahrudak believers’ appeal to release Nasta Palazhanka is refused
According to the response, “only participants of the criminal procedure have the right to appeal for procedural decisions”.
Believers of Navahrudak Protestant church “New Generation” have been refused their appeal to release a youth activist Nasta Palazhanka on bail.
The response says that “according to article 135 of the Criminal Code of Practice of the Republic of Belarus, only participants of the criminal procedure have the right to appeal for procedural decisions”.
