New suspect in mass disturbances case - Kviatkevich

According to the human rights center "Viasna", Aliaksandr Kviatkevich has become another suspect (the 14th one, according to the center's information) in the mass disturbances case. He was released after the 12-days administrative detention for participation in the events on December 19, on December 31. However, the representatives of the law-enforcement agencies took him away from his house for investigation measures on January 4.

Only today Aliaksandr's relatives were informed that he had been transferred to the pre-trial detention center at Valadarski Street as a suspect in the mass disturbances criminal case.
