The number of Internet Cafe clients decreased by 40%

The main reason for that is the "passport control" at the entrance. As it was informed to “Nasha Niva” in one of such establishments, people did not always have passports with them, so they could not use Internet - the administration had no right to provide the client with an access to the Internet without documents. It is prohibited by the Decree No. 60.  Video surveillance, which is rumoured to substitute the passport control in the near future, turned out to be just a rumour, as the Ministry of Communication heard nothing about it. If the situation goes on, some Internet Cafes might disappear.
