Official sociologists study Belsat audience
Only 41% of Belsat viewers trust the channel, the IAC claims.
The Information Analytical Centre in the President’s Administration has published the survey Belarusian Mediasphere. The report is based on surveys conducted in 2009-2014.
Independent mass media are occasionally mentioned in the state sociologists’ research. For example, the satellite channel Belsat based in Poland is mentioned there. The report says that 41% of its viewers trust the channel while 28% do not. By the way, people trust ONT most – 83.5%.
The edition Arguments and Facts in Byelorussia is the most trustworthy – over 88%. BelGazeta (61%) and Narodnya Volya (about 56%) are mentioned in the report.
