Old Bridge closed for reconstruction in Hrodna

The authorities in Hrodna have closed the Old Bridge for a massive reconstruction.
However, local experts maintain that the reconstruction is premature and is carried out in accordance with a cheaper project than initially thought.

Members of the public insist that the authorities build a new bridge instead of the old one in order to ease the traffic pressure in the city.
