Opposition tries to expand protests in Kiev and complains about instigators
Mass protest actions continue in the Ukrainian capital.
However, the number of people in Maidan Nezalezhnosti and city streets has greatly reduced today, Euroradio journalist Ales Piletski reports.
The opposition will picket the Cabinet, President’s Administration and Verkhovna Rada as well as the buildings of the MFA, Council of the National Security and Defence and Shevchenko District Court, head of the opposition parliamentary faction Batkivshchyna Arseniy Yatsenyuk said on Wednesday. Columns of people from the European Maidan are already heading there.
The opposition is hoping to organize a national strike. At the same time, opposition say that the government keeps trying to organize provocations to have a reason to disperse the protest actions.
