Parfyankou, Breus and Gaponov may open “December 19” proceedings
The first hearings concerning the criminal case of “mass disorders” will begin in Minsk courts this week.
It is already known that Vasil Parfyankous’ case will be considered in Minsk Frunze District Court. Artyom Breus and Ivan Gaponov’s cases (Russian citizens) have already been sent to Minsk City Court.
Dzmitry Novik and Alyaksandr Malchanau may be the next: they have already studied the materials of their cases, informs the human rights centre “Vyasna”.
On the whole, 42 people are accused of the events of December 19.
