Patient steals cell-phone from his district doctor’s pocket in Polatsk
A Polatsk inhabitant stole a cell-phone from his district doctor’s pocket. The woman visited him and did not even notice that the phone had disappeared. She realized the next day. Policemen had to check all the patients the doctor had visited on that day. They have found the phone in the flat of a 21-year-old jobless man who has already had a previous conviction for a theft.
