In Slonim, Sevyarynets held a meeting with the local leadership of the Belarusian Christian Democracy and helped gather signatures in Navahrudak and Vaukavysk.
In Navahrudak, 5 people have been nominated through the collection of signatures and 1 person in Vaukavysk. Pavel Sevyarynets noted that people in these cities reacted very well to the Belarusian language and eagerly endorsed the nomination papers, reports the press service of the Belarusian Christian Democracy.
The local elections will take place on Aparil 25. The registration of candidates will begin on Tuesday.
