Pinsk government head boasts of breaking traffic rules

Alyaksandr Hordzich, chairman of the Pinsk City Executive Committee, has admitted that he occasionally breaks traffic rules in an interview published in the local newspaper.

"On weekends I go out of town to drive fast. If I am sure that I will not cause an accident, I can drive faster than 150 kilometers per hour."

Belarus' roads have a maximum speed limit of 120 km/hour.
