Pundit: Former Kyrgyz president Bakiyev may face "blood revenge" in Belarus
The ousted ex-President of Kyrgyzstan has lived in Belarus for 3 years already.
The Belarusian authorities have recently refused once again to extradite the former president to Kyrgyzstan on the grounds that he is a citizen of our country.
Political commentator Raman Yakauleuski reckons that the situation with Kurmanbek Bakiyev may end tragically, as he refers to the opinions of Kyrgyz MPs who participated in a OSCE conference in Warsaw.
"They do not rule out that relatives of the people who died as a result of Bakiyevs' actions will try to collect money and pursue the 'blood revenge.' They claim such scenario is possible," Radio Liberty quotes Mr Yakauleuski as saying.
