Putin is asked to save Belarusian prisoners of conscience
Relatives of the imprisoned people named in the “mass disorders” case have sent a letter to Russian PM Vladimir Putin.
They are urging “to make real steps to help release Belarusian prisoners of conscience”.
"You can interfere to save people’s lives and to confirm that Russia is a friendly state that cannot stand aside when self-will and lawlessness are ruling in Belarus”, - is noted in the letter.
The secretary of the Russian Embassy to Minsk, Vadim Gusev, has confirmed the fact to BelaPAN.
Let us remind you that Putin’s working visit to Minsk is appointed for March 15.
