Raman Kіslyak: "Hooligans" promise to take part in the action
A human rights activist Raman Kislyak is preparing a “March of “Hooligans” in Brest. He has already sent an appeal for the action to the local executive committee. Kislayk gave an interview to ERB and said he hoped to get support from “hooligans” as they had already promised it to him.
Raman Kіslyak: "I talked to many so-called “hooligans” who had been detained and arrested for this reason before sending the appeal. They supported the action and promised to take part in it”.
The human rights activist attached a list of 44 so-called “hooligans” to the appeal. Speaking about the number of the action’s participants, Kislyak hopes there will be at least 50 people.
They are going to protest against arbitrary detentions and arrests of democratic activists. According to Raman Kislyak, the problem is becoming more relevant before the elections. That is why Brest activists want to draw the public’s attention to it and are going to struggle “to stop the illegal practice”.
