129 people suffer from hypothermia and freezing injuries in Minsk
4 people died of freezing injuries, two of them were under the innfluence of alcohol.
There were 274 casualties in the same period last year. This has been informed by BELTA with a reference to head of the Health Care Committtee of Minsk city executive office Victar Sirenka.
According to him, 76 casualties with the diagnosis "hypothermia" were found for the last three months in the streets, parks, pedestrian subways and entrances. 53 people arrived with the diagnosis "freezing injury".
