69 Belarusians ask for asylum in Poland in 2012
Last year, 10753 foreigners wanted to get a refugee status in Poland in total.
Poland's Administration for
Foreigners Affairs (UDSC) provides such numbers.
Polish customs services and police asked 375 Belarusians to leave the country
for breaking the rules of staying in Poland. Belarusian citizens are among the
top-3 in this regard. More decisions of the kind were taken only against the
citizens of Russia and Ukraine.
32 Belarusians were forcibly deported from Poland. Moreover, Polish customs officers did not let 3530 our countrymen to the territory of Poland.
