The leader of the United Civil Party has managed to leave Belarus without a passport.
Lyabedzka visited Warsaw and met the Polish government there. According to the politician, eh ahs found a way to cross the border without his passport that is still in KGB. Lyabedzka notes that the committee can finally give his passport back as there is no sense keeping it now, informs BelaPAN.
