Belarusian Interior Ministry defines guilt of Breus and Haponau
Russian citizens Artsiom Breus and Ivan Haponau, the subjects of mass disturbances case, actively resisted to the authorities' representatives.
The deputy head of the chief administration for criminal investigation of the Interior Ministry Aliaksandr Sharejka has informed today that there are materials which prove their guilt.
To his opinion, these materials confirm that Breus and Haponau resisted to the authorities' representatives.
Sharejka has informed that the Russian citizens are accused in the framework of the criminal case started upon Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, their case has been transferred to the court.
Breus and Haponau, who are in the KGB prison now, deny their guilt, IA REGNUM informs.
