Belarusians convicted in Libya repair military equipment
Convicted Russians and Ukrainians work together with them.
Interfax.by informs about it referring to Ukrainian human rights defender Stanislav Selivanov who is in the Libyan capital now.
According to Selivanov, the convicts' life has not changed since the trial. They live in the same room where they have already spent almost a year. "Libya has recently comprehended in what situation the captives are and an air conditioner has been installed in their room as it was impossible to breathe there", - informs the newspaper "Today" quoting the human rights activist. The terms of using phones to talk to relatives have become stricter - the convicts have been deprived of their cell phones.
Let us remind you that a group of 25 Belarusians, Russians and Ukrainians have been convicted for cooperation with the Muammar Gaddafi regime. Four convicts are our compatriots.
