"Belgorod shooter" claims innocent, refuses to testify
Sergei Pomazun considers his arrest unfair and wants to go free.
He has stated in court that
he is innocent in killing 6 people and will not give any evidence to the
investigators.
According to the information provided by RIA Novosti, Pomazun is going to "defend himself only
in court".
Euroradio reminds, 31-year-old Sergei Pomazun who has many prior convictions opened the fire first in a Belgorod shop and then in the street. 5 people died on the spot, including a 7-grade school student, another 16-year-old girl died in the emergency hospital. The criminal was arrested late at night on Tuesday, at the railway station. The criminal wounded the police Maj. with a knife during the arrest.
