Correctional colony buys boxes of vodka for budget money
An unusual ad is published at the web-site for state purchases.
The correctional colony No. 2 in the Republic of Mordovia ordered vodka for the budget money for the total cost of 244 thousand 145 Russian roubles. The cheapest vodka in Russia is about 150 Russian roubles for a bottle now.
The colony anticipates the alcohol to arrive by one shipment before December
20, notes RBC.
Besides, it is prohibited to use alcohol in correctional establishments.
It is unknown whom the colony's administration is going to make drunk. It is
also unclear whether they are going to celebrate the New Year of the predicted
End of the World.
