Court considers sentence to Vital Rymasheuski fair

The court refused to consider it as "there are not enough arguments to claim unfairness of the sentence". Now the Co-Chairman of the Belarusian Christian Democracy and former presidential candidate Vital Rymasheuski has one day to "re-word" the appeal.

Mr. Rymasheuski was sentenced to two years of probation for the events which took place on December 19, 2010 in Minsk. According to the BCD press-center, the politician had no hopes that the trial would be unbiased from the very start. The aim for filing an appeal was to declare his attitude to the sentence and to the Belarusian court system on the whole.
