Court involves public prosecutor's office into Autoradio' trial
The first court hearing upon "Autoradio"s claims against the republican Commission on Radio and TV and the Ministry of Information took place today.
"Autoradio" demands that the Supreme Economic Court should consider the Commission's decision on cease of "Autoradio''s broadcasting and the Ministry's warning invalid.
As a result of the 3-hours discussion with participation of the radio's bosses and the represenatives of the Ministry it has been decided to involve the public prosecutor's office into the trial. They should define whether the level of "extremism", admitted by "Autoradio", corresponds with the punishment.
