Driving inspectorate “cleans” Independence Avenue before Putin’s arrival
The main capital thoroughfare has been practically cleaned from all cars near the National Library. However, there are traffic jams in the neighboring streets.
Let us remind you that meetings of the Council of CIS PMs, the EurAsEC and the higher body of the Customs Union are taking place in Minsk. Heads of the governments of most CIS member states have arrived in our capital. Some governments are represented by deputy Prime Ministers. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was the last to arrive – he was late for 40 minutes.
