Drunk man threatens kids with a knife in Minsk streets
The incident happened in the evening on April 24 in the Frunzenski district of Minsk.
According to BelaPAN, 49-year-old drunk man was first walking along the streets with a knife in his hands. He threatened the passers-by. Then he came to the playground located in Danila Serdzich street and frightened the kids and their parents, they ran away. Someone called the police.
The fighters of the special anti-terrorist police detachment "Almaz" participated in the man's detention. A criminal case has been started, a forensic psychiatric expert examination has been appointed.
