First spring day turns into “judgment day”
Alyaksandr Malchanau accused of the “mass disorders” case will stand trial in Mink Frunze District Court on March 1.
The human rights centre “Vyasna” informs that Malchanau is accused according to part 2 of art. 293 of the Criminal Code (participation in mass disorders) which may result in up to eight years of imprisonment.
Let us remind you that some other people accused of the same case will stand trial in Frunze District Court on March 1 – Zmitser Novik and Alyaksandr Atroshchankau. The hearing of Zmitser Myadzvedz’s case will begin in Moscow District Court and the hearing of Ivan Gaponov and Artyom Breus’ case will continue.
