MFA comments on Latushka's rumored appointment as envoy to France
It is yet to be confirmed by Belarus foreign ministry.
Latushka has been serving as Minister of Culture since June 2009. He was Belarusian Ambassador to Poland in 2002-2008. Rumours about his new appointment appeared a week ago.
Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Andrei Savinyh has told BelaPAN: "The decision will be taken by the President. The press service informs about his decisions. All the rest are technical details not covered by the press".
Belarus' current ambassador in Paris is Alyaksandr Paulouski, serving in this post since February 2008.
