Ivashkevich does not refute his appeals for sanctions
The opposition member says that the court has not given him the possibility to do it.
Let us remind you that Minsk Soviet District Court satisfied the appeal of a worker of Mazyr refinery, Maryna Tsybliyenka, on May 22. The reason for the suit was Victar Ivashkevich’s appeal to the EU to impose sanctions on the Belarusian refinery. According to the court’s decision, the politician has to pay 500 thousand roubles to Tsybliyenka as compensation for moral damage and to refuse from his appeal on the website of charter97.org within 10 days.
The politician has informed BelaPAN that the court has not given him any possibility to write a disclaimer. Ivashkevich says that he is still travel banned and that is why he cannot leave for Lithuania to conduct negotiations with the editor-in-chief of the website of “Charter’97” – Natallya Radzina.
