Parliamentary election takes place in Russia
Representatives of the Central Elections Commission state that the voters turnout is rather low in the Far East regions, where the voting is about to complete.
Meanwhile, the web-site of the popular radio station "Echo of Moscow" stopped working this morning. It became unavailable for users because of the hackers' attack. Editor-in-Chief Alyaksej Venedyktau thinks that they try to block the information about the violations at the election like this.
A DDoS-attack was also committed against the web-site of the association "Golos" - an independent organization which observes elections in Russia. Representatives of the association also claim that they have problems with admittance to many voting stations.
