Poland bids farewell to Lech Kaczyński
People were near the Presidential Palace the whole night. They kept bringing flowers and candles and the queue was several hundred meters long.
Candles are also lit in many other places in Warsaw – near churches, monuments, squares and crossroads.
Books of sympathy were placed in the Presidential Palace on the evening of April 11. People keep coming there to leave notes. Belarusians have also left their notes there.
By the way, a big white-red-white flag was placed among flowers and candles near the Presidential Palace on April 10.
